Position Summary In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day design and technical development of projects. You will coordinate all aspects of project document creation and delivery, working closely with our integrated design team to produce high-quality work. This position requires a strong commitment to meeting project schedules, budgets, and work plans while collaborating effectively with team members to ensure successful project outcomes. What you will do: - Develop creative technical solutions to design challenges while maintaining design excellence - Integrate quality assurance/control and company protocols into project work, coordinating with Project Managers - Assist in maintaining project schedules and coordinating the delivery of project documents - Plan, design, and coordinate projects of various sizes, including complex assignments - Apply advanced architectural concepts and develop new techniques as needed - Ensure BIM standards are implemented and oversee quality control procedures - Lead collaboration within the project team, generating and communicating design ideas - Provide technical guidance to junior staff and ensure alignment of cost estimates with design objectives - Participate in client presentations and contribute to project success through effective communication - Manage time and deliverables in alignment with project schedules and budgets
