They are also responsible for coordination with project team members to maintain work product quality within the established project schedule.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">As part of our integrated design teams you create buildings that elevate the human experience through design. You will partner directly with the Project Manager to ensure the financial health of the project, the quality of project documents, claim prevention, team collaboration and communication. works with schools across the country to navigate this change to better serve communities and improve educational experiences and outcomes for students.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>What you will do:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Apply practice standards and maintain comprehensive design and technical skillsets across project deliverables</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Ensure BIM standards are applied, QA/QC procedures are followed, and clash detection issues are resolved</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Plan, design, and coordinate projects of varying sizes, while applying advanced architectural concepts and innovative techniques</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Coordinate drawings and specifications with the specification writer and assist in preparing sections as assigned</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Review cost estimates for design alignment and manage time in alignment with the project workplan</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Communicate effectively with the project team through written, oral, and visual means, and lead collaboration to generate design solutions</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Engage peers and specialty experts for holistic solutions and participate in client presentations</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Meet deliverable deadlines, understand construction and material costs, and ensure alignment with the project budget</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Have a comprehensive understanding of, and the ability to coordinate and lead, the design disciplines in developing technical solutions</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Work with contractor during design and construction phase through various project delivery methods including design-build, design-assist, and design-bid-build</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Have knowledge of all aspects of professional practice from schematic design through project close-out</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Be able to work and present ideas in a team environment as well as self-manage and self-motivate in a creative environment</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Manage and guide assignments of the production team during design and documentation phase</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Provide QA/QC to the project team and strive for design and technical excellence in design deliverables</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Possess a high level of technical proficiency and attention to detail in the production of drawings</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Work directly with Project Managers and Designers in the conceptual development of project documents</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Grow as a leader of the in-house team, coordinating with engineers, interior designers, the PM and consultants</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Bachelor’s or Master's degree in architecture or related field</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">7-11 years of professional architecture experience</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Professional experience working on public projects, preferably in Education / K-12 DSA projects</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Proficient in REVIT and CAD computer modeling and rendering software</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica,
