Key Responsibilities • Lead projects from concept to completion, with a delivery focus, ensuring design integrity and quality delivery. • Responsible for defending the design; interrogate decision making, and protecting the integrity of the design • Maintain effective stakeholder engagement across all project teams and maintain strong relationships with potential and present clients. • Oversee project planning, scheduling, and documentation across all phases. • Manage project resources, risks, budgets and timelines to maintain profitability and efficiency. • Coordinate consultants, contractors, and suppliers to achieve seamless project delivery. • Prepare and lead client presentations, ensuring ideas are communicated clearly and persuasively. • Support and mentor designers within the project team, fostering a collaborative, learning-focused environment. Skills and Experience • Degree qualification in Architecture or Interior Architecture • Minimum 8 years’ experience working on high-end hotel, hospitality, commercial, or F&B interiors. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, and the Adobe Creative Suite. • Proven technical expertise, with strong technical documentation and coordination skills. • Exceptional communication and organisational abilities, with proven client-facing experience. • Solid understanding of project budgeting, contract administration, and delivery processes.
