This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-regarded architecture practice known for its work across housing, masterplanning, and urban regeneration. With a strong focus on context-driven design and placemaking, the studio delivers high-quality schemes that respond to the social and environmental needs of the city. Their London team is seeking a Part II Architectural Assistant or Newly Qualified Architect to support the delivery of a live commercial project. You’ll be working within a collaborative environment on technically focused schemes, contributing across RIBA Stages 3 and 4. Key Responsibilities • Support the design and delivery of a London-based commercial project • Develop and produce detailed Revit models and technical drawing packages • Contribute to Stage 3 and Stage 4 project work • Assist in the preparation of presentations and technical documentation • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure coordinated design delivery Skills & Experience • Part II Architectural Assistant or Newly Qualified Architect with relevant UK experience • Strong proficiency in Revit (essential) • Experience working on UK-based commercial or residential projects preferred • Understanding of RIBA Stages 3 and 4 • Strong technical and organisational skills with good attention to detail • Ability to work within a collaborative, studio environment Benefits • Opportunity to work on a London-based commercial project within a respected practice • Exposure to technically focused Stage 3 and 4 project work • Short-term contract within a design-led, collaborative studio • Hybrid working model - 3-4 days in the studio • Supportive team environment with strong design ethos
