You will play a pivotal role in the delivery and completion of this industry-defining facility. You will be heavily involved in technical delivery, liaising with consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure high-quality outcomes. This role is ideal for those who thrive on complex briefs and innovative design challenges. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate with consultants, authorities, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery. • Write clear reports for key stages of the project. • Apply your technical expertise across all phases of the project, from design to construction. • Maintain a strong understanding of the design and construction processes to ensure project success. • Uphold and develop the company's commitment to design excellence. Skills and Experience • Proficient in ArchiCAD and Revit. • Proven experience in RIBA stage 4 and 5 drawing packages. • Experience working on high-quality, technically complex projects. • A rigorous approach to the technical stages. • Strong site experience to resolve complex site issues. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with clients. team members, and stakeholders.
