This is a high-performance environment delivering ultra-luxury residential and hospitality projects across NSW and broader Australia. Looking for a technically elite self-starter to lead the documentation and delivery of bespoke, tier-one gardens. This role offers significant autonomy and is open to Permanent, Contract, or Part-Time (3–4 days) arrangements. It is also fully remote-capable for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: • Independently lead the documentation and delivery of bespoke, luxury residential projects. • Manage projects autonomously from initial consultation and concept through to construction oversight. • Build and maintain relationships with discerning, high-net-worth clients. • Coordinate with contractors and consultants to ensure design integrity is maintained on-site. Skills & Experience: • Mandatory: Minimum 4+ years of dedicated experience in the tier-one, high-end residential landscape sector. • Mandatory: Must be an Australian or New Zealand resident/citizen with full work rights. • Proficiency in AutoCAD (preferred) or Vectorworks. • Proven ability to independently prepare comprehensive project documentation (DA/CC/CDC applications and detailed construction sets). • Deep knowledge of Australian horticulture and sophisticated, luxury planting design.
