You will have strong design sensitivity, exceptional client facing skills, experience leading projects and coordinating all the relevant consultants. This role is suited for motivated individuals with a clear career progression plan in place. Ideal candidates will have the ability to take a project through to completion when required. You will become an integral member of a growing studio with the chance to work across a diverse mix of projects. Key Responsibilities • Build rapport with clients as the key point of contact • Develop design options and present to client • Actively contribute to the culture of the practice through collaborative design processes • Have strong ArchiCAD skills to create full documentation packages • Work on residential, education and commercial projects from start to finish Skills & experience • 8+ years of professional experience • Experience in education, residential or commercial projects • A strong design sensibility • Experience documenting in ArchiCAD is essential • Good interpersonal skills • Able to work in a small team and autonomously when required Benefits & culture • Design-led projects • Project diversity • Career progression
