This well-established furniture designer and supplier is recognised for premium workplace products, innovative design, and exceptional project delivery. They are seeking a Project Estimator who enjoys problem-solving, working with detail, and supporting projects from initial pricing through to contract administration and production coordination. Key Responsibilities • Prepare accurate project pricing, furniture configurations, and formal tender submissions based on client specifications and contract drawings • Request and analyse supplier quotes to identify cost-saving opportunities and maintain pricing competitiveness • Manage the end-to-end sales order process, including production planning, site visits, and detailed documentation with high accuracy • Liaise with internal teams and clients while maintaining up-to-date project data within the CRM • Assist with client presentations and day-to-day account activities to ensure project requirements are met Skills & Experience • 2-3 years experience as a project estimator, ideally within commercial furniture or workplace sectors • Experience with tender preparation, submission and documentation • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications and technical documentation • Strong understanding of customer journey, client expectations and stakeholder management • Technically minded with strong estimating, planning and problem-solving capability • Excellent communication and client service skills, confident liaising across diverse stakeholders • Highly organised with ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines • Detail-oriented with commitment to quality, accuracy and continuous improvement Benefits & Culture • Supportive, close-knit team with a collaborative and professional working style • Long-standing and reputable company with industry-leading product offering • Comprehensive training, mentoring and professional development opportunities • Genuine growth potential and exposure to high-profile commercial projects • Quality management systems and structured processes supporting your success • Modern workplace environment based in Melbourne's inner suburbs
