Experienced Grads/Architects for leading multi-disciplinary studio - Housing focus

Looking for Graduates and Architects with the ability to support complex projects from concept to completion. Your experience will be critical in shaping high-quality outcomes, guiding teams, and ensuring project success. Key Responsibilities: • Contribute to a collaborative team environment • Integrate your own experience and learnings into the team’s collective knowledge • Execute and maintain design intent, ensuring client expectations are managed • Support teams through all project stages • Coordinate project requirements with clients and consultants Skills and Experience: • Operating at a level equal to 5-8 years post qualification experience • Professional qualification within architecture or an equivalent overseas qualification • Proven experience delivering large and complex projects from inception through to construction, often managing multiple projects simultaneously • Strong conceptual, design, and graphic communication skills • Proficiency in technical detailing and construction documentation • Ability to resolve technical and design challenges through innovative and practical thinking • Solid understanding of products, materials, and construction methods • Experience coordinating with project stakeholders, local authorities, approving bodies, and sub-consultants • Ability to collaborate effectively with the design team to develop and refine design options • Skilled in preparing, developing, and editing drawings and 3D models relevant to project requirements • Proficiency in Revit and Adobe software • Strong organisational and time management skills • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take initiative in response to direction • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Benefits and Culture: • Regular in-house social events and networking opportunities • Dog-friendly office • Spacious studio with end-of-trip facilities and bike storage • Convenient inner-city location
