Bring your all-rounder capabilities and skilled approach, and take projects through all phases. Key Responsibilities • Concurrently manage a number of High-End Residential projects as well as boutique Multi-res projects in the team. • Lead and contribute across all phases, from briefing, design, documentation and through to completion • Develop 3D models and high-quality renders (ArchiCAD & Twinmotion experience beneficial) • Involvement with detailing, construction knowledge and contract administration • Working holistically across both architecture and interior architecture for each project • Coordinate with clients and consultants to ensure integrated, resolved outcomes • Support design director and team mates as required Skills & Experience • Masters Degree in Architecture • Current ARBV Registration (preferred) • Min. 7 years experience in detailed, local Multi-residential and high-end residential projects • High proficiency in using ArchiCAD including documentation is a must • All-rounder capabilities with proven experience in all phases of a project including detailing, construction documentation, site and cost management as well as consultant coordination • Strong leadership capabilities, design eye and attention to detail • Must love dogs!
