Role summary
Our client a national architecture practice is seeking a talented Bid Assitant to join their team in Brisbane for the next 3-4 months. Helping the Bid Coordinator with the tender submissions process, organising meetings and presenting proposals. This position plays a key part in the wider team and will require effective interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with clients and key stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your bids skills and join a forward thinking, supportive and cohesive team. Key Responsibilities • Producing and collating tenders, bids and proposals using InDesign • Consistently liaising with Principals and Project leads to obtain relevant and up to date information • Managing the tender portal and making sure it is being tracked correctly • Identifying suitable business opportunities and presenting them • Marketing and pursuit material where required, including project sheets and CV’s Skills and Experience • Working at a level equivalent to 3+ years’ experience as a bid coordinator within the architecture/construction industry • Ability to work within a team in a positive and effective manner • Experience using InDesign and managing the tender portal • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written • Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines Benefits and Culture • A collaborative and supportive culture • Passion and excellence are rewarded and celebrated • Strong pipeline of work
